Setup Kerio Operator for CallControl

Kerio Operator is compatible with CallControl.

All features of CallControl are available to Kerio Operator users except "Call Parking".

Kerio Operator knows two modes of integration for CallControl. Either "User based Dialer" integration or "CTI Integration". Use the following table to decide, which mode you want to use CallControl in.

After deciding start to setup Kerio Operator, afterwards setup CallControl.

a) Setup Kerio Operator for User Based Dialer mode

1. Login to Kerio Operator using an admin account

2. Click the "gear"-icon (Configuration) on the left hand side and click "Users"

3. Double-click the name of the user you want to setup

4. Click into the "Advanced"-tab of the user settings

5. Turn-on the checkbox "Password for dialer (AMI)" and set a password you chose.

6. Click "OK" to save the settings.

b) CTI Integration

1. Login to Kerio Operator using an admin account

2. Click the "gear"-icon (Configuration) on the left hand side and click "Integration"

3. There is an area marked "Other" with a sign "Third party CTI integration (AMI)"

4. Click the "Configure" button near "Third party CTI integration (AMI)"

5. Click "Add..." to add a CTI user. You might want to assign a CTI user to each of your users. So repeat the following steps for every CallControl user.

6. Fill the fields "Account name" and "Password"

7. Turn-on the checkboxes "Account is enabled", "Originate calls", "Read Status", and "Call manipulation".

8. Click "OK" to save the CallControl user.
